Yoga for Healthy Lower Backs
This user-friendly, unique guide can work preventatively for the long-term health of the back (proven by the trial research), while also positively working holistically for body and soul. The book was designed for use as an educational aid and is ideally used as an adjunct to a 12-week course taught by a qualified teacher.
Containing over 120 photographs, the book includes thorough guidance about how to perform each yoga pose, observations to be aware of once in each pose, and variations and benefits of each pose.
