This highly illustrated book describes the most used and popular acupuncture points on the body that may be used with needle, pressure, moxa or magnets. Unique to this book is the ‘star’ system of grading acupoints according to their versatility. The book also states if the acupoint is used as a reflex point or a chakra point, so encompasses reflexology and chakra therapy philosophy.

John R. Cross, FCSP, Dr.Ac., MRSH, has been practicing traditional and complementary medicine since 1970, and has remained at the forefront of his profession in clinical and teaching fields. He was awarded a Fellowship by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy for this work in 2005. Cross is the author of five other books on the topics of acupressure, acupuncture, reflex therapy, bodywork and the chakra system of healing.
